CARLOS BATISTA

Graduated and bachelor's degree from the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2008), campus of Presidente Prudente / SP. Master's and PhD in Physical Geography by the University of São Paulo (2012). He has experience in geography, with emphasis on climatology, especially in the development of large-scale variability studies involving ocean-atmosphere interaction and its spatial repercussions in South America.
